Japan's MVP against Finland: "A great team effort"

Team Japan is aiming for gold. After a big win by 84-0 against Team Finland in the opening game there is no need to change that goal. We talked to Team Japans RB Shu Inoue, who told us his opinion about today's game and the continuation.

This was your opening game of the championship. What are your thoughts right after this game? 

- First of all we are all really excited to get here to Sweden and participate in this tournament. Our win today was a result of a great team effort.

You got a big win today against Team Finland. Was that an expected result?

- We knew we had to work hard all of the game. Finland has a lot of big guys, but yes, we expected to win.

What is Team Japans expectation of the championship?

- We come here to win the championship. We made a great team effort today and if we continue like that we have a great chance to succeed. 

Which team do you see as your toughest opponent in the tournament?

- Definitely Team Mexico. They have a great team with great experience so we are really expecting a tough game. We are really looking forward to that game.
